Question: About the Myecash at ATM, I think the problem still not settle. Still have a lot of atm having the problem all over Malaysia. Can we know what is the actual reason? Problem from Maybank server got problem or stock at of myecash finish?

CEO Answer: We have found the problem with Maybank and the problem will resolve it by next Monday (19th August) due to the key person for the ATM is on leave. Please understand Bank also have their own procedures and furthermore the ATM is managed by CFO (outsource company).

We have informed by Maybank the problem will resolve by Monday, however due to circumstances we have just received the news from Maybank the ATM upload process can only complete on 20th.

The problem occur due to out of soft-pin for 60 & 200 and we have not receive any alert. Sorry for any inconvenience caused at your end.

Beside Maybank, we have also in the finalise process with additional 3 top up channel very soon.

Question: They are lot of request to increase the Topup more than RM200

Since now we have Mymode account as a spare backup mypoint account, so we can topup more money inside. Why not increase the limit at Maybank MyeCash at atm like we have in the past. RM400 would be best. Our MyeCash account still adhering to the Bank Negara rules that is RM200 limit . Does Bank Negara control how much mymode can put on the MyeCAsh at Maybank ATM? Even if you put Rm400, we still putting Rm200 max at our myecash account and the extra into our mymode account.

Hope you can consider this as option. Right now if agent need to topup Rm800 urgently .. they need to buy 4 times RM200 .. give RM4 processing fees. Now with the ATM problem... somemore worst. Just voicing out agent concern.

CEO Answer: I fully understand the top-up situation, however we still need to follow the 200 limit at this time. We have prepare our proposal to BNM to increase to 500. But due to some of the irresponsible player in the market BNM had tighten up the rules to justify for the increase of limit. We are still work on it now.

Once we obtain the the approval from BNM, for sure will increase to max limit 500 perhaps we would like propose more but less than 1k.

2 more banks will participate as our top up channel in September 08.

Nampaknya dah jelas tentang isu problem ATM nih. dan berita baiknya, myecash akan tambah lagi 2 bank tambahan.ini semua untuk kemudahan kita semua
